Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning sites/projects

Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards; provide guidance and assistance when needed

Assist in planning work schedules and manpower deployment

Monitor and ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications

Implement operational plans to enhance work processes and service quality

Handle complaints and feedback professionally; maintain good customer relationships

Inspect and ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition

Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and reorder when necessary

Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions

Submit daily cleaning reports

Facilitate effective communication and staff engagement at the workplace

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-motivated and results-driven

Problem-solving mindset

Physically fit .able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work weekends and public holidays
