Job Summary

As a Supervisor, you’ll guide a team, coordinate day-to-day operations and help deliver a positive customer experience. You’ll use clear communication, sound judgement and strong organisation to keep priorities on track.

Your impact: By supporting colleagues and maintaining effective shop-floor operations, you help customers find what they need and enable the team to work confidently.

Duties

• Lead, supervise and develop team members, coordinating tasks and providing day-to-day guidance.
• Apply management, team management and leadership skills to support smooth operations and address issues constructively.
• Oversee retail or sales activities, including merchandising and presentation, where relevant.
• Manage competing priorities with effective time management and organisational skills.
• Handle administrative tasks and customer or team enquiries with professional phone etiquette.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers; multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome.

Experience

• Supervising experience is preferred, particularly in retail management or sales management.
• Administrative experience and familiarity with merchandising are useful.
• Strong communication, time-management and organisational skills are important.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to support and coordinate a team are valued.

Pay: £13.21 per hour
