What they need
Monitorar diariamente os indicadores de desempenho (KPIS), como volume de vendas, ticket médio, conversão, entre outros.
Supervisionar, treinar e desenvolver os vendedores e atendentes de Retenção
Acompanhar atendimentos, visitas ou negociações.
Realizar monitorias, reuniões periódicas com a equipe para feedbacks, alinhamentos e motivação.
Realizar viagens para outras filiais . Necessário vivencia com gestão de equipes comercial - Conhecimento de técnicas de comunicação e vendas.
Experiência no ramo de Provedor de Internet será um diferencial .
