Supervisor Creative Design Visual

ZAP Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative Supervisor Creative Design to lead the design team and deliver impactful visual content that strengthens our brand across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Creative Design team in developing high-quality visual content.
• Develop creative concepts and design directions aligned with ZAP's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all creative design outputs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and other departments to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Provide creative feedback and mentoring to team members to improve design quality and capabilities.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across digital and offline communication materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, consumer preferences, and creative industry developments.
• Coordinate with external vendors or creative partners when required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual communication, and design execution.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual composition.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is a plus.
