Position: Supervisor – Customer Services
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 50,000–60,000
Working Days: 6 days a week

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or BSc, preferably in a science-related field.
• Candidates with experience in science centres, museums, educational attractions, or interactive science exhibits will be preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and team-handling skills.
• Candidates with experience in science centres or interactive science museums, such as TDF MagnifiScience Centre, are encouraged to apply.

Duty Timings:

• Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekends: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• No weekly off on weekends or public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily customer service operations and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
• Guide visitors regarding science exhibits, interactive activities, and available facilities.
• Assist visitors in understanding and engaging with science-based activities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the proper functioning and presentation of exhibits.
• Manage and guide customer service staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and visitor management procedures.
