What they need
Qualifikasi :
- S1 (Statistika, Teknik Industri, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Mesin/Elektro, atau bidang relevan).
- Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang data analyst / inventory control / engineering admin.
- Mahir Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, IF, Dashboard).
- Terbiasa mengelola data dalam jumlah besar.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik dan detail oriented.
- Memahami dasar inventory management & asset control (lebih disukai).
- Komunikatif dan mampu berkoordinasi lintas departemen.
Job Description:
Mengelola database Engineering (Excel / Google Sheet).
Menyusun dan mengupdate Laporan DOI Warehouse (termasuk new item).
Membuat Laporan Tracking New Item (weekly).
Menyusun Laporan Nilai Barang Fisik di Gudang (Stock Opname by Price), Outbond Value TO & FPP per Store, Listing FPP per Store, Outstanding FPB & FPP (weekly & monthly), Aging Stock bulanan (koordinasi dengan IT)
Menyusun Laporan PICA Bulanan & Summary PICA.
Update dan maintain database: Toolkit Engineering, Data Mesin-mesin Store, Data Lampu Store, Equipment Bongkaran Store, Kriteria Karyawan Engineering
Monitoring target pembuatan FPB & FPP Comdiv, Analisa lead time approval FPB–FPP, Monitoring outstanding dan deviasi prose, Menyusun rekap bulanan untuk manajemen.
