About Supervisor Development Program (SDP)

The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is a 12-month development program designed for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of working experience who aspire to build their careers as future Supervisors.

Throughout the program, participants will develop their knowledge and skills through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and regular competency evaluations. Every three months, participants will present their project progress and achievements to a review panel as part of the program evaluation process.

Each participant will be guided by a Mentor, who provides continuous support throughout the program, as well as a Project Mentor, who offers technical guidance and project-related coaching.

By the end of the program, participants are expected to have the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills needed to take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence.

Job Responsibilities

During the program, participants will be exposed to and gradually develop their capabilities in the following areas:

1. Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and operate optimally in compliance with CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik), safety standards, and applicable regulations.
2. Coordinate and evaluate maintenance programs, including repair, modification, and development of new equipment or systems in collaboration with vendors and consultants.
3. Develop technicians’ competencies and coordinate with relevant departments for machinery and equipment budget estimation.
4. Implement improvement, innovation, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5R, and cost-saving programs to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including PPE compliance and safe working conditions, and coordinate with HSE regarding safety and environmental issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering Physics / Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of machine and equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and equipment improvement.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CPOB/GMP, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5R, and applicable regulations will be an advantage.
• Placement : Deltamas (Cikarang Pusat, West Java) and / or Pulogadung (East Jakarta)
