About Supervisor Development Program (SDP)

The Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is a 12-month development program designed for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of working experience who aspire to build their careers as future Supervisors.

Throughout the program, participants will develop their knowledge and skills through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and regular competency evaluations. Every three months, participants will present their project progress and achievements to a review panel as part of the program evaluation process.

Each participant will be guided by a Mentor, who provides continuous support throughout the program, as well as a Project Mentor, who offers technical guidance and project-related coaching.

By the end of the program, participants are expected to have the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills needed to take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence.

Job ResponsibiliesDuring the program, participants will be exposed to and gradually develop their capabilities in the following areas:

1. Analyze user needs and translate them into User Requirements and Functional Design for information system development.
2. Coordinate with internal/external developers to ensure system specifications and project timelines are aligned.
3. Develop and execute application testing procedures, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
4. Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during system trial and implementation.
5. Conduct system handover to users after successful development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information System or Information System.
• Max. 1,5 years of experience in System Analysis; fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome!
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional design, with familiarity in SDLC.
• Experienced in application testing/UAT, troubleshooting, and system implementation, including issue resolution and handover.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with users and developers; knowledge of SQL, database, API, or system integration is an advantage.
