Supervisor - Dyeing

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor in Dyeing. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the dyeing process to ensure color accuracy, fabric quality, and efficient production flow in line with our company standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Textile Chemistry.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in the textile/garment industry.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of dyeing processes, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with Nylon and Polyester dyeing will be a plus.
• Extensive expertise in dyeing methods, color matching, and fabric finishing.
• Ability to lead and motivate the team, and strong organizational and planning skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.

Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate Bulk Dye operations as per internal and external customer requirements.
• Communicate/negotiate with approving parties to resolve shade issues/ quality issues/testing issues.
• Conduct audits, identify and take timely action on issues to ensure smooth dye house functionality.
• Build good working relationships with internal and external customers to understand their requirements.
• Work with suppliers to ensure products/services within the dye house are maintained up to the required quality standards.
• Carry out process improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the product/ process.
• Implement/maintain the lean principle and practices in the Dye House Department.
• Maintain the availability of dyes and chemicals properly to cater to the demand dyeing operations while optimizing the stock-holding period.
