Role Description:

• The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ma-a Davao.
• This role focuses on managing the installation of facilities for communication for the Davao By-pass tunnel project to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings, review/preparing of project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating updates to internal teams and external partners.
• The role involves identifying communication gaps, resolving issues, clarifying technical information and maintaining accurate records of decisions and changes.
• professional collaborates with project managers, developers, and client representatives to support smooth project execution and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical and project information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, preferably involving both software and construction or infrastructure projects.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including tracking milestones, managing documentation, and following up on action items.

· Background in construction management, project coordination, or a related field is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work on-site in Davao and collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, license Electronic and Communications Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experiences in OCC, Substations and/or roads is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience as Construction Manager for Communications.
