Cornerstone Montgomery – Program Supervisor for Vocational Services

Responsibilities of the Program Supervisor

• Provide leadership & supervision and the ongoing development of the program
• Ensure complete oversight of the program including client safety and managing staff activities
• Ensure team is meeting administrative and fiscal needs including outcomes, assessments, documentation timelines, and licensing requirements

Qualifications of the Program Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience, Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance abuse preferred
