Job Summary

We are hiring Electrical Supervisors to support electrical maintenance operations at 132 kV receiving substations, 132 kV switchyards, and 33 kV auxiliary substations. Candidates should have an Electrical Engineering qualification and knowledge of high-voltage electrical maintenance and industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities at 132 kV switchyards and 33 kV auxiliary substations.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of 132 kV receiving substations.
• Monitor high-voltage electrical equipment, cables, and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and industrial safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and report electrical faults or safety issues.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply; relevant substation or switchyard maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of 11 kV or higher-voltage AC switchyards, substations, or HV cabling is desirable.
• A minimum six-month certificate course in Industrial Safety is required.
• Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Total CTC: Approximately ₹22,000 per month.
• Expected in-hand salary: Approximately ₹25,000 per month after applicable deductions.
• PF, ESIC/insurance, and professional tax deductions as applicable.
• Four weekly off days per month, as per the duty schedule.
• Salary payable based on attendance and days worked.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
