Supervisor Electrical / Mechanical / Preservation

Salary: 14,000 – 16,000

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to Electrical, Mechanical, and Preservation works.
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues and avoid work delays.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, inspection, and preservation activities as applicable to the assigned discipline.
• Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and project standards.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and safe working practices.
• Identify site constraints and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Verify completed works and coordinate with QC/inspection teams for necessary approvals.
• Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, work progress, inspections, and site activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper storage/protection of equipment and materials at the worksite.
• Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, testing, and handover activities where required.
• Lead and motivate technicians, workers, and subcontractor teams to achieve project targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
