Supervisor Engineering & Maintenance

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
4. Must have Electrician certificates From KEMNAKER
5. Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
6. Proficient in computer operation, Microsoft Office, and CAD.
7. Experience in the food industry is preferred.
8. Able to manage maintenance teams and create maintenance plans.
9. Good communication skills, disciplined, and willing to work overtime if needed.
10. Welding certification or experience in welding is an added advantage.

Job Description:

1. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machines.

2. Ensure production line performance and efficiency run properly.

3. Manage and supervise the maintenance team.

4. Handle general maintenance, electrical work, and machine repairs.

5. Coordinate with vendors and related parties for factory operations.
