Supervisor Engineering (Ubud)

Requirements

• Minimum SMK/Diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or in a similar engineering/maintenance role, preferably in the hotel, villa, hospitality, or property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), pumps, water systems, and general building maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and handle maintenance issues efficiently, including urgent repairs and emergency situations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willing to be on-call or respond to property emergencies when required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Based in Ubud or Gianyar Regency and familiar with the surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and property standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities across BaliSuperHost properties.
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, AC, pumps, water systems, and building facilities are functioning properly.
• Lead the engineering/maintenance team and assign daily tasks.
• Respond to and resolve guest and property maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of villas and facilities.
• Coordinate with external technicians or contractors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, equipment, repairs, and spare parts.
• Support emergency response and ensure properties remain safe, functional, and guest-ready.
