Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production, blending, filling, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure proper utilization of workers and machinery.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
• Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and shift handover reports.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of base oils, additives, lubricants, and finished goods.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
• Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in oil manufacturing, lubricant blending, filling, or packaging will be preferred.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of production reporting, inventory control, and workplace safety.
• Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day production activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
