Supervisor, F&B Analyst

Overall Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual F&B performance reports.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Analyze outlet performance trends and provide insights to support operational decisions.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across F&B outlets.
• Maintain proper documentation of analytical methodologies and reporting processes.
• Monitor revenue, covers, average check, menu mix, productivity, and profitability trends.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor productivity, and operational expenses.
• Partner with Cost Control, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts; monitor actual performance against targets.
• Support Capital Expenditure budget preparation and purchasing processes for F&B.
• Create proforma and postmortem P&Ls for manufactured events and promotions.
• Assist in financial planning and business reviews.
• Coordinate reporting requirements across F&B outlets and departments.
• Recommend enhancements to reporting processes and analytical tools.
• Create term sheets and liaise with relevant departments for timely contract creation.
• Provide guidance to operations as required.
