Job Description

Great Win Fire & Safety LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm Supervisor to join our Dubai branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supervising fire fighting and fire alarm system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
• Manage technicians and helpers, ensuring work is completed according to project requirements and schedules.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations and relevant fire safety standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and ensure proper site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all project sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE in fire fighting or fire alarm systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting and/or fire alarm systems.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Previous experience in supervising technicians and managing site activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
