J****ob Duties

• Supervise daily fit-out and construction activities to ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project progress.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and specifications are met.
• Review drawings and resolve on-site issues in coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and support timely project completion within schedule and budget.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or construction project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, fit-out works, quality control, and site safety practices.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare site reports and progress updates, along with spoken English.
