- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Laki laki Usia 35-45 Tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan MS. Office
- Mengatur seluruh jadwal (Schedule) Produksi, Waktu perencanaan, man power, dan alat kerja yang di perlukan
- Memastikan produksi berjalan sesuai dengan standard yang telah di tetapkan (SOP), include kualitas produksi, target produksi, dan waste produksi
- Menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi
- Mengawasi proses produksi secara langsung, termasuk control bahan baku, bahan pendukung, penggunaan mesin dan peralatan
- Menganalisa problem yang terjadi pada proses produksi dan improvement
- Penempatan kerja di sidoarjo
