- Monitor daily production and plant operations.
- Supervise workers and allocate manpower as per requirements.
- Ensure smooth operation of machinery and production activities.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and senior management for breakdowns.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
- Support quality control and maintain production standards.
