Supervisor - Full time

We are seeking a front of house supervisor to join us at Plúr Woodfired Pizza in Co. Kildare.

The role of front of house supervisor will see you work closely with management to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of our Pizza takeaway. You will supervise train and support front-of-house staff during service and assist in coordinating the delivery of high-quality food, in a busy and fast paced environment. You should have the enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge in the kitchen as well as the people around you.

This is a full-time position, you MUST be available to work full-time hours specified below.

Hospitality experience is essential. management or supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule:

• Wed 2-9pm
• Thurs - Sun 3pm - 9pm

Work Location: In person in Clane and Naas County Kildare

Full Drivers License needed

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, all training will be done in house, previous experience in hospitality or customer service role is essential. Opportunity to progress internally.

What will keep you busy:

·Coordinate the front of house team in ensuring service runs smoothly and the appropriate preparations are in place for every shift.

· Ensure that our brand standards and SOPs are adhered to and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

· Build the team through training and development.

· Always ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

· Ensure HACCP Standards are maintained always.

· Work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of the Restaurant experience & competencies.

About you:

· Experience in the service industry (essential)

· Supervisory experience in a similar role (preferred)

· Customer focused and KPI management style

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 32,000 - 39,000 a year depending on experience.

Salary can be negotiated for the right candidate.
