Supervisor-Hatchery

Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee hatchery operations and ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance.
• Monitor maintenance, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management.
• Ensure timely chick delivery and smooth daily operations.
• Lead and guide in-charges, conduct reviews, and resolve operational issues.
• Verify material receipts, inventory records, and utility usage.
• Ensure equipment calibration and efficient resource management.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hatchery Supervisor will be preferred.
