Supervisor-Housekeeping

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment used by the housekeeping team.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising and managing teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
