Supervisor Housekeeping

Bali Sands Management is opening an opportunity for responsible and experienced candidates to join as Housekeeping Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and coordinating the team to maintain villa readiness according to operational standards before guest arrival.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and readiness of rooms and villa areas before guest check-in.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to housekeeping staff effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and villa facilities.
• Ensure proper use and availability of linens, towels, and amenities.
• Provide guidance, direction, and corrective action to housekeeping staff when needed.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
• Ensure team discipline, grooming standards, and compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Hospitality/Hotel Management School (Perhotelan) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and manage operational priorities.
• Good communication skills with team and management.
• Willing and able to communicate in English (mandatory).
• Physically fit and willing to work according to operational schedules.
• Preference given to candidates domiciled in Ubud, Bali.
