HR Supervisor
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

*Supervise daily HR operations and administrative activities.

*Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

*Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files.

*Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.

*Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

*Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and applicable labor laws.

*Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

*Coordinate performance evaluation, training, and employee development programs.

*Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.

*Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff.

Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

*At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

*Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.

*Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

*Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

*Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
