What they need
Tanggung Jawab :
- mengelola operasional HR (Rekrutmen, administrasi karyawan, KPI)
- mengelola General Affairs (fasilitas kantor, aset, vendor)
- menjalankan kebijakan, SOP, dan pelaporan HRGA
- menangani proses payroll serta memastikan keakuratan perhitungan gaji, lembur, potongan dan tunjangan
- Memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, bersih dan nyaman bagi seluruh karyawan
Kualifikasi :
- S1 psikologi/Hukum/Manajemen
- Pengalaman min 3 tahun di HRGA (posisi supervisor diutamakan)
- paham UU Ketenagakerjaan & HR Operasional
- Tegas, jujur, rapi, komunikatif dan sistematis serta mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- menguasai microsoft office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
