Supervisor HRGA

Develop, coordinate, disseminate, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and strategies regarding HSE (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) and management systems;

Conduct hazard analysis and formulate recommendations related to HSE;

Coordinate and evaluate the execution of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/AMDAL) and other environmental studies;

Develop plans for environmental impact monitoring and management, as well as pollution control measures, for construction and maintenance operations;

Manage internal security for the Company and its projects;

Coordinate the implementation of environmental management systems in accordance with applicable regulations;

Assist with internal and external HSE audits;

Ensure that all documents are disseminated and distributed to relevant parties;

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior;
