- Diploma/Sarjana Teknik, Kesehatan Masyarakat, dan bidang studi yang relevan
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai supervisor di bidang K3 industri Manufaktur
- Memiliki pengalaman Pengelolaan Pengendalian Lingkungan Industri
- Memahami Standar ISO 14001, 45001, HIRADC, SMK3
- Memiliki Sertifikasi Kompetensi AK3U Kemenaker
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving terhadap masalah K3 dan Lingkungan
- Memiliki sikap kerja disiplin, proaktif, serta mampu bekerja dalam tim
