Supervisor, Human Resources

About the role
We are seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources to join our team at our Lumut Perak location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the effective management of our human resources function.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for foreign workers matters, including manpower planning, submission of documents for foreign workers application, renewal & cancellation of work permit.

• Coordinate and ensure foreign workers complete FOMEMA check-up, compliance with all regulatory requirements and handle any disciplinary and grievances.

• Periodically report and monitor all records of foreign workers.

• Assist in Contract workers matters that have been brought up. Obtain update on contract worker performance to liaise with contract worker supplier.

• Ensure accuracy of documentation for each contract worker that is hired.

• Ensure headcount of contract workers is within approved headcount.

• Ensure that all employee records and reports in the HRIS are maintained and up to date with accuracy.

• Ensure strict compliance with all the regulations requirements such as Immigration and JTK.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or administrative role.
• Mature, responsible, and professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government officers and relevant authorities.
• Good understanding of foreign worker recruitment and management processes, including quota applications, new foreign worker hiring, and Akta 446 applications and compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations across multiple locations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive in problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various company locations as required.
