Job Title: HVAC Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading electromechanical company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Lead HVAC technicians and workers and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP teams to resolve site issues.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC works.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and communicate site requirements to the management.
• Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of HVAC experience, with strong UAE experience.
• Previous experience with an electromechanical, MEP, facilities management, or contracting company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience supervising HVAC technicians and site teams.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC/MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
