Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials (lime lumps) and prepare them for use in production.
• Control the quantity and quality of products to meet specified standards.
• Report problems to the supervisor and make accurate, timely decisions to resolve on-site issues
• Control machine operation to ensure production runs continuously.
• Maintain machinery, and carry out inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Control and identify production approaches to achieve efficient, maximum output.
• Control, manage, and report silo levels to the supervisor, keeping all levels balanced and appropriate.
• Oversee standard systems and supervise subordinates to ensure duties are performed in compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
• Vocational Certificate (High) in Mechanics, Electrical, Industrial Production, Computer, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry / lime production
• Good command of English – reads and writes well; fair listening and speaking
• Fair proficiency in using computers and standard software
• Good foundational calculation skills
