Job Overview Take responsibility for quality inspector management.

Job Requirements

• FSR/IQC/IPQC team management includes plant measurement equipment calibration. FSR/IQC/IPQC团队管理包括工厂测量和设备校准;
• Coordinate and optimize QC recourse, to support internal team for problem analysis协调和优化QC资源，支持内部团队进行问题分析
• According to the production schedule to assign QC task accordingly根据生产计划安排相应的QC任务;
• Review and familiar with FSR/IQC/IPQC performance, Cooperation with engineering/quality member to improve product quality. 审查并熟悉FSR/IQC/IPQC绩效，与工程/质量成员合作提高产品质量;
• Production standardization improvement, including inspection plan, inspector skills, discipline management. 生产标准化改进，包括检查计划、检查员技能、纪律管理。
• Shift quality staff performance appraisal. 轮班质量和员工绩效考核;
• Keep responsible managers promptly informed of product or process nonconformities. 及时将产品或过程不合格通知负责的经理
• QC staff skill training; team build and staff development. QC人员技能培训；团队建设和员工发展;
• Follow up TE EHS policy. 跟进TE EHS政策;
• Other work assigned by Manager. 经理交办的其他工作;

What Your Background Should Look Like

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrialization. 理工科本科毕业
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in electronic or related industry quality management. 至少5年电子或相关行业质量管理工作经验
• Familiar with measurement equipment like DTM/OGP. 熟悉测量类似于DTM/OGP的测量设备。
• Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, fishbone chart,5whys; 全面的错误预防和问题解决知识，如8D、鱼骨图、5whys
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external. 优秀的内部和外部沟通能力
• Be good at data collection and data analysis. 善于数据收集和数据分析
• Familiar with MSA, SPC quality tools. 了解质量工具比如MSA, SPC.
• Familiar with IATF16949 and other quality system requirements. 熟悉IATF16949和其他质量体系要求;
• Good office application skills. 良好的办公软件应用技能

Written English and simple spoken English required.
