SUPERVISOR IN A PEPPER FARM

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in pepper farming.
• Practical knowledge of pepper cultivation, nursery management, irrigation, pest and disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate farm workers and ensure the proper execution of daily farm activities.
• Ability to monitor workers’ performance and ensure compliance with farm instructions and procedures.
• Good understanding of farm records, daily activity reports, and production reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum age: 30 years and above
• A qualification in Agriculture or a related field is an added advantage.
