Supervisor - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, pavements, kerbing, concrete and general civil infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crews, subcontractors, plant and site activities.
• Coordinate daily construction works and project sequencing.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials and programme.
• Read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Maintain site records, quantities and daily reporting.
• Identify and resolve construction issues on site.

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand.
• Strong civil construction background, particularly roads, earthworks and drainage.
• Good understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery.
• Queensland construction experience preferred.
