Supervisor Injection Board

We are looking for a Supervisor Injection Board who can handle both Production Supervision and Injection Molding Engineering activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in High Pressure Thermoplastic Injection Molding.
• Experience in Injection Molding Engineering is highly preferred.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor, Injection Supervisor, or Injection Molding Engineer is welcome.
• Familiar with Thermoplastic materials, machine parameter setting, mold setting, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Able to analyze and solve machine and process problems.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Good leadership, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with 5S/5R, Lean Manufacturing, and K3.
• Willing to work shifts when required.
• Willing to be based in Cikupa, Banten.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Injection Board production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine parameters, material usage, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead and evaluate the production team.
• Coordinate with Quality, PPIC, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support productivity and efficiency improvement.
