Supervisor Internal Audit

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our team In PT. Asia Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind and a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial and operational data.

1. Financial & Accounting Verification:

• Proven experience in checking and verifying daily financial reports, including bank payment books, sales reports, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Ability to meticulously review invoices, tax invoices, and monthly payment submissions.
• Experience in monitoring and verifying operational expenses (e.g., driver expenses, delivery costs).

2. Operational & Supply Chain Oversight:

• Solid understanding of procedures for verifying new suppliers and purchase orders.
• Experience in monitoring stock levels of goods in warehouses or production environments.
• Familiarity with checking processes related to imported goods, including purchase and payment applications.
• Knowledge of checking delivery costs and external service provider accounts is an advantage.

3. Compliance & Administrative Control:

• Experience in handling and verifying company documents, permits, and ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as checking incoming/outgoing letters and submission reports (e.g., proposals, TKA reports).
• Understanding of compliance-related submissions, such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
• Knowledge of procedures related to B3 waste disposal is a plus.

4. General & Asset Management:

• Experience in assisting with the monitoring and verification of company assets.
• Ability to review internal operational submissions, such as canteen payment slips.

General Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role involving auditing, verification, or administrative control.
• High level of integrity and responsibility in handling confidential data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good communication skills in English is a plus.
