Supervisor - Jubilo Restaurant

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Jubilo Restaurant. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent service and smooth team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, motivate and monitor service crew performance.
• Assign duties and manage staff during each shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory control.
• Handle cash and payment procedures accurately.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Train and guide new and existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company SOPs.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Handle operational issues and report to management when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work well under pressure and manage a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Flexible working hours based on restaurant operational needs.
