Supervisor - Jungle Berry Cork (Full-Time)

As we open our new location in Cork, we're looking for an experienced Supervisor to help lead the team and set the standard from day one.

Role Overview:
As Supervisor at Jungle Berry, you'll be the driving force on the floor - leading shifts, guiding the team, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, and you'll play a key role in building the culture of our newest location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team on shift and set the pace for service
• Prepare smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, and food to Jungle Berry standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle orders, operate the till, and manage cash-up
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the store
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Restock ingredients and ensure fresh product availability
• Train and support new team members
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous supervisor or team-lead experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability, including weekends
• Passion for health, food, and great customer service
