What they need
Uraian Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Menentukan release/hold produk hasil uji lab
- PIC investigasi customer complaint (RCA & CAPA)
- Quality Trend Report mingguan ke BOD
- verifikasi metode analisa & annual calibration plan; trainer internal QC
- auditor internal ISO 9001; PIC pengembangan metode uji baru (NPD)
- koordinasi dgn Produksi, QC Site, R&D, BD.
- Kewenangan: release/hold tanpa persetujuan berjenjang (kasus standar), terbitkan/tutup CAPA, akses data proses untuk investigasi mutu.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan : S1 Kimia / Kimia Analis / Teknik Kimia / Teknik Pertambangan
- Pengalaman : Min. 3–5 thn QC/QA Lab (mineral processing/GCC/semen)
- Sertifikasi Khusus : Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015, SPC/CAPA (nilai tambah)
- Lokasi : Lampung Selatan
