Supervisor – Wellness Spa & Massage Clinic

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦280,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a wellness spa and massage clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, administrative, and team-management skills, with the ability to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa and clinic operations.
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
• Monitor service quality and ensure clients receive professional customer service.
• Support therapists and other team members in maintaining established service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the facility.
• Track supplies, inventory, and operational needs.
• Assist management with daily reports and operational updates.
• Monitor staff performance and encourage accountability.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Support sales, client retention, and other business-development activities where required.
• Ensure workplace procedures and operational standards are followed.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a spa, wellness centre, beauty business, hospitality, healthcare, or related service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Good computer and administrative skills are an advantage.
• Applicants must currently reside on Lagos Island or in an area that allows reliable daily commuting to Lagos Island.

Compensation

• Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦280,000 monthly, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
• Full-time position.
