Supervisor, Logistics & Services

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate scheduled waste management activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain scheduled waste systems, including collection scheduling and operational planning
• Oversee daily logistics involving manpower and truck fleet
• Monitor inventory of waste receptacles, PPE, uniforms, and related supplies
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environment Policy; conduct site inspections and verifications
• Prepare monthly operations reports; handle enquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or related discipline with at least three (3) years work experience. Experience in an ISO-certified company is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, multilingual, and fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Certification as a CePSWaM (Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management) is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel.
