Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily sales performance by forecasting and planning.
• To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare weekly / monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues.
• Implementation of sales policies, procedures, and customer services guidelines.
• Review and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement.
• Deliver client relationship methods to build customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ retail experience with at least 1 year at supevisor level.
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial approach, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
