Job summary

The Supervisor/Maintenance Expert will supervise daily activities while ensuring that facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and other operational areas are properly maintained and functional.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities and assigned staff.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Identify and report faults promptly.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks where qualified.
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are properly handled.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general facility conditions.
• Coordinate with management regarding major repairs and maintenance needs.
• Keep basic records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure assigned duties are completed properly and on time.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism among supervised staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, supervision, or a related role.
• Practical knowledge of general maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic facility/equipment faults.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, and technically inclined.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry out practical maintenance duties.
• Must be disciplined, honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.
