What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Maintenance MEP atau proyek MEP.
- Memahami sistem Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP).
- Menguasai preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, dan troubleshooting.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan koordinasi tim teknisi.
- Memahami prosedur K3 dan keselamatan kerja.
- Mampu membuat laporan pekerjaan dan menggunakan Microsoft Office.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan maintenance sistem MEP.
- Memastikan pelaksanaan preventive dan corrective maintenance sesuai jadwal.
- Melakukan monitoring kondisi peralatan serta penanganan gangguan MEP.
- Mengkoordinasikan teknisi dan kebutuhan material/sparepart.
- Menangani keluhan customer terkait sistem MEP.
- Membuat laporan kegiatan maintenance secara berkala.
