Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple maintenance and upgrade projects across various sites.
• Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely delivery of works.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards across all projects.
• Liaise with client representatives and key stakeholders regarding project delivery and site requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and support the achievement of delivery targets.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all worksites.

Highly Desirable

• Knowledge of the building industry and government works.
• Previous experience within Government, Local Government, State Government or public infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing construction and engineering contracts on complex projects.
