Job Description

Business Development & Sales Performance

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed retail sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new retail partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns that increase store traffic and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and institutional clients.
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and planogram compliance across all retail channels.

Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores, kiosks, and events to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
• Supervise and support Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates to meet performance and service goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure smooth retail execution.
• Manage store openings, pop-ups, and bazaar participation.
• Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and store resources for efficiency.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management across all locations.
• Coordinate replenishment schedules and stock movement with warehouse teams.
• Ensure stores follow approved visual merchandising standards and planograms.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates across all locations.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular store visits.
• Identify training needs and deliver programs to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a professional retail culture.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory movement, and store operations.
• Consolidate and analyze store-level data including sales, inventory, and staffing reports.
• Maintain operational records including KPIs, attendance, audit reports, and training documentation.

Corporate & Institutional Accounts

• Manage B2B and institutional accounts including order coordination and fulfillment.
• Work closely with internal teams to support corporate orders and event-based activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in sales management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of improving store performance and operational efficiency.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
