- Ensure the outlet is clean, organised and ready for customers.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all company SOPs and operational procedures are followed.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and available for sale.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are sufficiently available.
- Check incoming deliveries and ensure products are received in good condition.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Monitor expiry dates and damaged products.
- Report operational issues and stock discrepancies to Management.
