Supervisor Medical Representative

About the role

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, while developing market opportunities and leading a Medical Representative team across regions in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct regional mapping and identify business cooperation and market development opportunities
• Develop strategies, conduct visits, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiate cooperation agreements
• Manage target achievement and monitor development in each region
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the Medical Representative team
• Create activity reports, regional development reports, and cooperation results
• Coordinate with internal teams and undertake official travel throughout Indonesia

About you

• Valid driver's license (SIM)
• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Health, Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Medical Representative, Sales, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in healthcare
• Experience or relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct market mapping, develop strategies, and achieve targets
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Proactive, responsible, problem-solving oriented, and able to work independently
