About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor Merchandiser to join our team in Bali on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Retail & Consumer Products division, responsible for overseeing merchandising operations and ensuring optimal product presentation and availability across retail channels. As Supervisor Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining brand visibility and strengthening our market presence. You will work closely with retail partners, merchandising teams, and internal stakeholders to execute effective merchandising strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate merchandising activities across assigned retail locations and channels
• Plan and execute product displays, promotional materials, and visual merchandising initiatives to maximize shelf space and product visibility
• Monitor stock levels, product rotation, and shelf replenishment to ensure adequate inventory availability
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and product presentation standards
• Liaise with retail partners and store managers to resolve merchandising issues and implement corrective actions
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement optimization

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail merchandising role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, retail operations, and visual merchandising practices
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with retail partners and team members
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to various retail locations as required
• Preferably based in Bali and familiar with the Bali area and its retail market
